In these days, the group wages the movement of “rational suggestion” when she takes the year of 2003 as the management year and further deepens the denotation of “taping all new ways for suggestion and adopting virtues from all quarters” though re-optimizing various resources. We define the “rational suggestion” as taping all new ways for suggestion, in other words, let employees make suggestions on such aspects as production, cost, management and culture that they think what should be improved. Of course, at some extent, they can be considered them as complaints against irrational phenomenon surrounding us. However, we should distill pertinent, practical and all-round proposals, called rational suggestions, from complaints.
Some employees put in much more suggestions on improving quality of staff than how to do and how to strengthen solidity. It is obvious of them giving the empty and stereotyped lecture, and we dislike most the suggestions that are unpractical, illogical and inefficient. Opening mind and seeking truth from facts, as the basic theory for development of the country, requires us to open our minds and put in more and better strategies for development on the basis of respecting facts. Both country and corporation should do so. The term of “vast world and broad mind” indicates the brand image and corporation spirit of the group. Now we expand the term to “making friends extensively and adopting virtues from all quarters” and “taping all new ways for suggestion, adopting virtues from all quarters”, that is to bring about the experience and capital which will take effect to the outside world from the two concepts of vast world and broad mind, and to excavate wisdom of the staff inside. GuangBo is now in the important process of changing the slogan of corporation culture transformed from systematic management to personnel management.
So, we hope that we can get free and pertinent suggestion from the staff that will be sure to promote development of the group. The suggestions from WangHaiming and YuSuzhen in technological department are practical, and they can bring forward measure of reform and organization in detail. We have published the two suggestions (details in the second page). And we hope that the suggestions can be delivered by green mailbox and other regular approaches to guarantee your suggestions assessed, rewarded and adopted in time.

GuangBo group pass the re-examination of ISO9001

In these days, the group has successfully passed re-examination on renewing the edition of ISO9001: 2000, which results from strict test to quality of products.
The ISO9000 is the most primary authorization that one company can get on quality system. Registered certification is the “passport” of entry to market. The GuangBo group has been carrying out the ISO9001/1/2/3, the edition of 1994 of the standard proof system, since the group engaged in the industry of stationery and color print. In recent ten years, her standard warrant has become the touchstone that prompts the group to step in international market and to achieve a good reputation. However, with the development of mass-production and multi-line industry, the old system doesn’t meet the regular production, logistics and management of the group. The group cooperates with ZhiDa Company based in ShenZhen to improve her quality management.
In the process of the renewed edition of ISO9001: 2000, the employees in charge of quality system are required to take regular training courses of inner examiner. They mainly study the primary concepts of examination, the classification of examination, common procedures, interior scheme, cases analysis, the enforcement of interior examination. Besides, another six aspects, that are the report of unqualified items, the report of interior examination, the scout examination, the association between interior examination and exterior examination, the thoughts of examination and the review of courses, exam. The result shows us that the group has enough knowledge and experience of examination to pass the ISO9001: 2000.
Compare with ISO9000: 1994, ISO9000: 2000 deletes some functions but become more strict in structure. It is better to suit for new round of development of the group in policy, target and scheme of quality.
