On the morning of December 22, the second meeting of Ningbo’s 13th People’s Congress held successfully after completing various agendas. The meeting elected the representatives of Ningbo city to attend the 11th People’s Congress and individual committee members of the city’s 13^th standing committee of the People’s Congress. Wang Liping, president of Guangbo Group, was elected as the representative of the 11^th People’s Congress of Zhejiang province.

According to the regulations of local organization law and the election method of the congress, the meeting retained Gu Wenjun and Zhang Xixiong as the general counting overseers nominated by the presidium. Later, by secret ballot, the meeting elected 80 representatives of Ningbo city to attend the provincial 11th People’s Congress out of 96 formal candidates, one committee member of city’s 13th standing committee of the People’s Congress out of two formal candidates.
