In order to better find excellent talents and realize
the match of position and ability in true sense, Guangbo Group actively introduced competitive employment mechanism. On July 28th, it held competitive employment meeting. Team and group leaders from basic level attended this meeting. When the meeting ended, human resources department of Guangbo Group received entry forms of ten team and group leaders.
After one-day transient preparation, on the afternoon of July 29th, Guangbo workshop managers
competitive employment match started in the Group multifunctional hall. The appraisal group organized by the Group's deputy secretary of party committee, the deputy general manager, manager of human resources department and directer of enterprise administration office selected these contestants. By fully showing own management talent, ten excellent team and group leaders from six subplant gave the exciting match to the vast workers from first front.
The match was divided into three parts: individual talent show,
essential questions and snatching questions. By over years experience, ten contestants recommended themselves with confidence, and put forward own ideas and suggestions on the related condition in own workshop, the current problems and how to improve soas to make the company have better sustainable development.
At last, discussed by the
appraisal group, five contestants as candidate list was listed in the reserving list of the company workshop cadres at middle level. Two of them has successfully competed, and can go to the position recently.
