On August 12, the company held monthly working objectives’ analysis meeting in July. Senior leaders of the Group like general manager Wang Junping, as well as Zhu Guozhang, Dai Guoping, Shu Yueping, Jiang Zhuguo attended the meeting. Finance department,enterprise management department, the business department and the relevant person in charge of each department in manufacturing system attended the meeting.
The meeting first listened to each department’s operational status in July and the schedule completion status, mainly made detailed analysis on inacceptable items of its department, and expounded main aspects of work in August and re-set target.
The company’s general manager Wang Junping listened carefully to the report, and awarded “Monthly Appraisal Model” to No.4 factory of paper products, which was the superior enterprise of overall performance last month. Manager Wang affirmed the importance of operating analysis in management in his summary speech, required to establish time analysis system, further perfect stepped management system, gradually strengthen analysis’s depth and paying particular attention. Through analytical work, find out shortcomings, and improve with great efforts, establish goal-oriented operation mechanism. He emphasized in August each department should close to actual operation, in view of existed problems, do well in analysis improving work, pay attention to process implementation. Meanwhile should popularize and advocate innovation, overall improve the efficiency, promote management performance. At last, the meeting required the whole administradors should establish confidence, overcome difficulties, try to accomplish the budget objectives and work task of the year 2009.
