Recently, 2010 newcomer orientation was held in the company's lecture hall, organized by enterprise management department of Zhejiang Guangbo Group. About 250 new employees attended this training.
The training covers Guangbo Group's development course, future trends, enterprise cultural construction, company's rules and regulations and product technology. The entire training process was relaxed and heated. Each new employee had an intuitive understanding of Guangbo Group's culture. They all feel that it's beneficial. During the training, old employees were especially invited to have experience sharing with everyone, providing them a very good platform for communication to a certain extent.
Relevant responsible person of enterprise management department showed, strengthening the training for new employees, not only can promote their sense of belonging, let new employees get involved in the family of the company as soon as possible. Meanwhile, it also can help them set up the good work attitude and lay a solid foundation for enterprise development.
