To strengthen fire safety practically, raise employees' fire prevention awareness, ensure company property and the safety of employees, on April 16, Guangbo Group organized employees to have 2010 first staff fire protection training. The content included the usage of fire extinguishers, the usage of fire hydrant water pistol, handling of urgent fire incidents and so on.

At this drill training, person in charge of the Group security department introduced fire fighting, evacuation and the usage of fire extinguishers. Stressed that employees should know the state's relevant laws and regulations of fire prevention, know the insecure factors in work and life, as well as protective measures, know the method to put out the early fire disasters, know the plan for evacuation. Can report a fire, be able to use fire fighting appliances correctly, can put out the early fire disasters and know evacuation of on-site masses. The responsible person pointed out that 60 to 80% of the fires could be put out at the very beginning. Employees should learn to put out the early fire disasters, prevent the expansion of fires. When the fire happened, employees don't panic. It the fire is not so strong, and hasn't posed a great threat to people, should make use of fire protection equipments around, like fire extinguishers and hydrants, strive to control and put out small fires.

On the scene of the exercise, according to personnel evacuation and the operating of fire extinguishers, connection and usage of fire hose, all gave detailed explanation based on the case, let employees easily understood. After the explanation, each department had on-spot fire drills. On the scene, they exercised the operational approach of dry powder fire extinguishers, and asked employees of each department to operate by themselves, further learn to meet any emergency and fire prevention measures while appearing the emergency. Besides, the trainees started to exercise the usage of fire hose. One person in charge of connecting fire hose with water source, two employees were responsible for carrying fire hose, running to the fire scene immediately, connected fire hoses with the fastest speed. At last, two employees extinguish the fire source with water pistols. After seeing successively putting out the fire, employees all smiled. Some employees said, "Today we not only have learned the fire protection knowledge, but have practical experience. We benefit a lot. We'll pay more attention to fire fighting awareness in the future, to prevent the fire."
