To help new employees fully immersed into Group work, deepen corporate philosophy of vast world and broad feeling, on June 24, Group Human Resources Department organized 2010 midyear new employee orientation training. All together 238 new employees attended this training.
According to the arrangement of training, new employees watched the company DVD promotional video, heard Human Resources Department head explaining employee working criterion and system, guide on signing labor contract agreement, company departments as well as departments functions, corporate culture and system, let over 200 new employees have a deep understanding on the company's unusual developing course.
It is said that since 2010, the company Human Resources Department carefully arranged the training course, actively organize and arrange orientation of new staff. To let new staff have a better understanding of the company's development prospects and situation, the training made the detailed arrangement for new staff on the aspects of Group Company's developing history, enterprise culture and human resource management system. According to the work characteristics of personnel in different positions, innovate training content, training method and training tools constantly, use scientific method to solve the problems and difficulties that encountered in training, let new staff can very well into the role as soon as possible, walking up the work post.
