Ningbo local brand “Oscar” awardhasbeen disclosed. The writer learned from the recent 2013 Ningbo businessman summit forum and Ningbo brand top 100 list conference that the total value of 2013 Ningbo top 100 brand has reached 308.2 billion yuan, which increased 40.4 billion yuan compared with that of last year. Of which, Guangbo brand worths 5.87 billion yuan.
The list shows that this year the number of Ningbo local brand with the worth over 10 billion yuan has reached 8. They’re Youngor, Fotile, Ningbo Port, Ningbo Bank, Oakes, Shanshan, Peacebird and ShuaiKang, which added four brands compared with that of last year. The threshold finalist of this year’s brand top 100 list is 0.38 billion yuan, which added 0.07 billion yuan than 2012. Among these 100 Ningbo brands, there’re 19 new brands. Seen from the distribution area of top 100 brands, Yinzhou district has 22 brands, which tops the list. Haishu district and Beilun district has 20 brands and 12 brands respectively, listing the second and third place.
“2013 Ningbo brand top 100 list” is chosen by Ningbo businessman development institute and domestic authorities like the Chinese Academy of brand strategy research group and China Marketing Association. On the basis of last year, this year’s list expands the visual field, including some public service brands, public facilities brands, business area brands and travel brands like Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge, southern business district and Qiantong ancient town, which is closely linked with common people’s life.
