On October 18, Guangbo Stock and Germany Rhine TUV, a consulting firm, worked together, and held the assembly of lean management implementation on the first floor of the executive office building, to further promote the progress of the lean management. Company client American Staples company representative and corporation production department leaders at all levels, all together over 160 people, attended this meeting.

At the meeting, experts and teachers gave the speech on the significance, methods and successful cases of the promotion of the lean management. Executive deputy general manager Dai Guoping deployed the work of the first stage of the lean management. Department representatives from paper product no.4 subplant paper plate workshop and process department gave the speeches.

As the pilot unit of the lean management, under the lead of factory director, management of No.4 sub plant raised their right hands and solemn swore on the lean management.

Finally, general manager Wang Junping made the closing statement at the meeting. He showed,importing the lean management is the effective measure in solving the outstanding problems that exist in the company's current production and weak links, is the full implementation of company strategy deployment. Strive to make up for the management board, strengthen the management foundation, promote the economic benefit , speed up the pace of its transformation, promote the sustained, stable and healthy development of company.

Meanwhile, he put forward the requirements of promoting the lean management from three aspects:firstly, should understand the situation clearly, unified thought, improve the understanding of the production team the lean management. Secondly, should study carefully, accurately grasp the connotation and extension of the lean management. Thirdly, should plan carefully,  act according to circumstances, and fully implement  the lean management.
