To summarize work performance and experience in 2014,strengthen the experience exchange between companies and departments, unify the thinking, clear goals and tasks of the New Year, on January 23, Guangbo Group solemnly held 2015 economic work conference. Group company leadership team members, the enterprise main leaders, head of various functional departments and part of the backbone employees, all together about 150 people attended this conference.

At the conference, firstly Group company general manager Wang Junping gave the annual work report. Report reviewed comprehensively of the performances and main work of the year in 2014, deployed all the work in 2015, and put forward the request.

The report pointed out, over the past year, Group company adhered to the new trend of economic development as the guidance, improved the quality and efficiency of the company development as the center, collaborative mutually promote the industry development as the gripper, through the internal reform, enhance the development of endogenous power. Innovate marketing channels, promote the deep integration of online and offline sales,basically complete the indicators set at the beginning of the year. Meanwhile, for realizing the innovation of the fusion between emerging industries and traditional industries, promote the corporate transformation development goals, stock company merger and recombine the emerging Internet industry Lingyun media company ,  laid a solid foundation for the company to achieve heavy assets in harmony mutual promoting strategy.

The report also sharply pointed out the shortcomings in the course of company operation and issues, such as operation and management of specialized level still need to strengthen, horizontal longitudinal relationship between department rapid response mechanism is yet to be improved, institution setting still need to improving, part of the process also to be optimized.

Report finally emphasized, facing the new situation, new tasks and new goal, as long as Guangbo people strengthen confidence,change minds, strengthen management innovation, fully implement the management contract responsibility system, perfect compensation incentives linked to business performance, from top to bottom to establish "use the capable ones, replace the average ones, relief the incapable ones" the management of the cadre system, actively yet prudently proceed with the deep integration of the traditional industry and Internet industry, must be able to achieve the company long-term development goals.

Later, the participants had the group discussion about work report given by the general manager. Combined with their actual field work, everyone stated their views and made recommendations, put forward many constructive comments and Suggestions in view of the group reform and development in the future. Each branch chief, each factory leader, representatives of part of the unit and department, also gave the speech, summarizing the work characteristics and achievements gained by each unit and department in 2014. At the conference, the company held a signing ceremony on internal management contract responsibility system, which is the key of its internal system reform. Meanwhile, it selected two advanced collectives and four excellent middle management cadres.

At the end of the conference, Group President Wang Liping gave the important speech. In his speech, he requested vast leading cadres of the company should have the entrepreneurial spirit of innovation, should change own thinking patterns to meet the needs of the developing conditions. The company will promote the reform of contract responsibility system in an all-round way, give the managers a chance to play own ability, let more management cadres rely on the company’s platform, exercise the entrepreneurial innovation potential, realize enterprise and individual win-win development.

Finally he pointed out, this conference is not only the annual business performance debriefing, but the company’s deployment of management goal task in the new year.
