Guangbo Industry held marketing work conference

To analyze and sum up the domestic market sales performance from January to August in 2015, clear the direction of the second half of the sales work, recently, Guangbo industrial company held 2015 office manager mid-year marketing work conference at the lecture hall, on the first floor of the company. At the conference, sales deputy general manager Lin Xiaofan specially analyzed the company's current sales situation, the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s current domestic market, as well as its opportunities and challenges. Besides, he put forward original ideas on how to turn bad for optimal, turn challenges into opportunities.

Finally, Jiang Zhuguo, general manager of industrial company made the important speech on domestic work. He thought that domestic work has an essential impact on the company’s overall development and should correctly judge the situation. Sales work needs to be proactive, should build up the idea of all services for the market, strengthen the construction of the sales team, raise the level of business people, put the market demand in the first place, and firmly grasp the market dynamics. Meanwhile, the production units should ensure the stability of the products’ quality and strictly control the product quality. According to market demand, research and development department should constantly develop new products, and ensure the products’ vitality on the market.

After the conference, the company also organized all the attendees to visit and investigate Cixi tape production base and Ninghai stapler production base. They had an on-site interaction with suppliers. Timely exchanged and shared the latest market feedback information, laying a good foundation for the domestic market sales task that scheduled at the beginning of the year.
