To deepen the lean production process , the company orderly carried out implementation of the lean production in every factory and workshop . On May 26, paper product third factory held lean production kick-off meeting in the lecture hall of the company. Company executives , technical innovation team members ,t eam leader or above management personnel and p art of the technical personnel about 100 people attended this kick-off meeting.
At the meeting, firstly, process supervisor had a brief overview of the background , content and benefit of conducting lean production project. And showed that the launch of lean production project n eeds full participation . The success of this project depends primarily on company’s internal exploration. What the p rofessional teacher brought is the theoretical guidance . How to use advanced theory to guide practice will be the question that all personnel need to thinks about.

Lean production project promotion committee is the highest policy-making organization for the project , to ordinate the management of lean production project. L ean production project promotion office is the executing organization of this project, being responsible for the implementation of specific solutions . At the meeting, it had lean workshop gave nameboards benchmarking and sign commitments . The company top head issued letters of responsibility of lean production project for each s ubproject head . All the people took the oath of lean manufacturing project's resolution .
