On March 18, Guangbo Group held video and telephone conference. NPC delegate, Guangbo Group President Wang Liping conveyed and learned from the spirit of people's congress, and put forward a series of demands on studying and implementing the "two sessions" spirit. Wang Liping said, the meeting was closely around the party central committee work deployment with comrade xi for the core, further implement the 18th CPC National Congress, the third, fourth, fifth and sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee spirit, implement the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech, new ideas and new strategies of governing the country, push forward the construction of a well off society in an all round way. It was an important meeting held under the new situation. It is of great significance in further promoting the building of a moderately prosperous society, comprehensively deepening reform, comprehensively ruling the country according to law and enforcing strict Party discipline with an all-out effort.
Later, Wang Liping pointed out, how to achieve new breakthroughs in the new economy under the new normal is the first priority to seek new development for Guangbo. We should reduce cost, grasp quality, build own core competitiveness in participating the orderly competition. Meanwhile, we need to do the following: first of all, be proactive. Cadres at all levels should take the initiative, effective planning, take the long view, stand high and work hard. Do everything possible to integrate company’s requirements that put forward at the beginning of the year into departments’ specific tasks. Clear mission, and refine the annual index to each department and each individual. Ensure responsibility system, who leads who is responsible. Secondly, we must have a sense of teamwork, collaboration and service awareness. The power of any person in the company is limited. Only integrate into Guangbo this big family, can achieve the maximization of personal value. Then must have cost conscious. Only to create value can enhance employee returns, assume more social responsibility. Purchasing cost, manufacturing cost, R & D cost, financial cost these constitutes company’s operating costs. We must judge achievements by data, use every resource in the company where it is most needed. Finally, have a sense of awe. The duck knows first when the river becomes warm in spring. Only with passion of own work, we will have a fear of own posts. Only being awe of own work, can be strict demands on themselves.
At last, Wang Liping emphasized, mission focus on bearing, work makes brilliance. We must unify the thinking and action to the General Assembly on the analysis of the current situation, on the deployment of this year's work requirements. Combined with the actual work of the department, firm confidence, forge ahead, and do solid work. Promote the overall development, coordinate transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry strategic layout, active in Guangbo second startup new practice and build Guangbo’s sustainable development of endogenous power with excellent grades.
