Wang Liping conveyed the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during the deliberations of the delegations and the main agenda of the three session of the thirteenth National People's Congress. He pointed out that the third session of the National People's Congress is a meeting of special significance held at the special time point of national epidemic prevention and return to work.
