Industrial company 2016 marketing meeting held smoothly

On January 14, industrial company held 2016 annual sales work at the lecture hall of the group headquarters administrative office building. General manager Wang Junping attended and made the important speech.

The meeting first reported and analyzed industrial company’s market general situation and characteristics in 2015, and focused on sales policy and marketing work prospects in 2016. Each sales module summarized and reviewed marketing and sales work in 2015. Meanwhile, they answered to the problems and difficulties presented by the various offices at the scene. What’s more, they gave many effective measures and solutions.

Finally, manager Wang did the concluding remarks at the meeting. He requested everyone identify the serious situation of the market, should strengthen confidence of development. Not only clear market strategy, but refine the marketing tactics. Not only strengthen the performance of sales team, but should exhale the old and inhale the new, and complete the talent team construction. Manager Wang thought, we must keep a good state of mind at work, because our competitor is not others but ourselves. Not that we aren’t hard-working, but those who are better than us even harder. Therefore, manager Wang put forward requirements on industrial company’s 2016 marketing work from three aspects. Firstly, unify thinking, result goes first, and judge a hero by victory. Secondly, create product competitive power as the main line. Implement market-oriented operation mechanism. Thirdly, create profit benefit as the center, and practice comprehensive contracting mechanisms.

The meeting lasted a day and half. About 90 people who’re the heads of production department, products division, finance department, sales department and marketing department of industrial company also attended the meeting. The smooth convening of the meeting let everyone recognize the situation, unify thought, clear objectives and enhance the confidence, laying a good ideological foundation to fully complete domestic sales target in 2016.
