On January 23, hosted by Shu Yaoping, vice secretary of the Party and the union chairman, Guangbo held a symposium for employees in difficulties. And they carried out Spring Festival Visits to about 40 employees whose family in difficulty, sending warmth and the New Year's blessing for them in such cold winter.
At the symposium, secretary Shu briefly introduced difficult employees supporting system and the support conditions and process, asked for details of the difficult workers’ need, difficulty and expect, encouraged them to build up confidence, strongly face difficulties, wish them a happy new year.
Caring for and supporting employees of family difficulties is Guangbo’s good tradition, and also is the important responsibility of the company's various departments. To make the difficult employee institutional support activities, full coverage and no omission, not only reflect the care of organization, but care about these people’s feelings.
In fact, as early as 2002, Guangbo has set up employee mutual saving fund. By launching every employee voluntarily donate 10 yuan, 20% of them goes to mutual saving fund, and the rest 80% goes to own account. Once the employee himself or their immediate family members have difficulties such as disaster or disease, they can apply for help. Up till now, over 500 employees have got the help from the mutual saving fund.
The helped all showed their thanks to the company’s care and help, they would return to the company with the practical action.
